  • Greenfield Chemical Plant – Large 3000-IO PlantPAx DCS for a Greenfield AHF Plant. Full solution comprised networking, Industrial Data Centers (IDC), HMI, process controls including numerous complex sequences, plant historian, and power systems integration. Supported the plant with a consistent team over 2-years while the process equipment was being optimized utilizing 24/7 onsite and remote Plant Support.
  • Owners Engineering Project – Helped a new producer document via a Front-End Loading (FEL) project corporate Operational Technology (OT) requirements for BPCS, SIS, FGS, OEM packages, Networking, HMI, Control Applications, and Power Integration. Help client follow ISA-101, ISA-18.2, ISA-84, IEC-62443.
  • Plant Modernization – Assisted small specialty chemical producer expand their DCS to meet new demand. Converted from custom batching solution to a PLC-based sequence manager. Provided Plant Support for plant modernization to a virtualized solution and helped the client through considerations on HMI standards, security, alarming best practices, and code consistency.
  • Plant Support – Helped a producer of specialty polymers support their operations by providing remote support resources and staff augmentation. Plant Support.
  • Greenfield H2 Plant – Large 10,000-IO BPCS, SIS & FGS system. Included networking, redundant IDCs, panel fabrication, all control configuration, testing, panels, plant historian, integration into site security and gate systems, power integration, and numerous OEM package integrations. At the peak of the project supported with multiple teams working 24/7 to commission the facility with more than 20 onsite Avid resources. Provided temporary networks to overcome construction delays. Provided MOM dashboards, operator training, and 24/7 post start-up support.
