Inventory panel components, review of spares, & services to determine like-for-like replacements for obsolete components.
  • Application Assessments: Review of DCS, PLC, SCADA, HMI, & server applications for viability for re-deployment of back-ups. Services to determine required modifications based on replacement hardware differences from installed hardware.
  • Drawing Verification: I/O schematics, panel drawings, system architectures, network diagrams, & power single-lines.
  • Assessment Report: Detailed recommendations for all affected assets. Options to reduce lead times, like-for-like suggestions for obsolete components, delivery times, & cost estimates.

Preparedness Services
  • Vulnerability Assessment: Review physical and application assets to identify areas of risk with details on how to address each area of concern based on a risk-based approach.
  • Back-Up Verification: Verify as-built drawings are accurate and other design information are properly backed up. Verify all applications for DCS & PLC controllers, switches, HMIs, and servers are backed-up. Verify back-up plans are robust and store information both on-prem and offsit
  • Spare Part Assessment: Verify spare parts inventory for critical non-commodity assets are onsite in safe location. Identify obsolete component like-for-like replacements for antiquated system components.
  • Master Automation Plan (MAP): Update or create a MAP which provides overall site Operational Technology (OT) strategy, OT disaster recovery plans, and a prioritized list of all OT projects based on risk and site business objectives.
