I’m at World Batch Forum this week. There have been a lot of good presentations this morning. John Berra gave a good presentation on the economics of implementing small changes to produce large gains in output. Dennis Brandl gave a good presentation on the ins and out of implementing S88 in the pharma environment.

They haven’t posted the presentations to the web yet (past conferences are posted here). The keynote speakers presentations are on the web though. I thought both were very good & well worth a listen (see links below).
